Bengal tiger

Bengal tiger got its name from the name of the country "Mongolia", it is now - Bangladesh. Here the tiger is the national animal, as well as in India, where in addition to the emblem, flag and anthem approved several national symbols - the animal world. So the Indians are much more likely to call their tigers "Indian."
